We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). This bad boy incorporates the science behind how to properly grind beef with the indulgent pleasure of gooey cheese oozing out the sides after a big bite. Chef Chris created this burger based on the classics requirements of a great burger -- quality meat, a soft yet structured bun, bacon, crunchy veg, sharp cheese, and of course the pickle and fries.
