We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). This is a video on a McKee Craft - yes, a McKee! I know, you haven't heard about these boats in a long, long time. But new ownership has taken over, and the McKee Craft boats are back. Fortunately, they construct these new models exactly as they did the old ones - a hull, a deck, and pressurized foam in-between, which cures into a one-piece boat. But the plot thickens, when you learn that McKee Craft is also building a line of larger boats, called the Aegis.
