After trying a range of home cooked dishes and practicing cooking Trinidadian cuisine I'm starting to learn the flavour profile! It's delicious but so different to what I'm used to growing up in Australia, where Asian and European cooking influences are more common. Want to know why Australians love lamb? We love walking the bridges of the world. This one is in Sparto Greece. The flowers were in full bloom in the summer and this is a beautiful bridge. Whenever we are off the boat @sailingeriskay we look for adventures to travel and see different parts of the world, off the beaten path where most don’t stop who drive by. We are so glad we did 🌸🌺 so worth it!
