Aloha! At the age of 58, my body has changed and I have Bat Wings--cue the music. We live on our sailboat and here is a quick exercise for women to aid in toning the Bat Wings. I am using cans of pasta sauce, because that is what we have on our sailboat. No room for weights? Grab some cans of pasta sauce. We would love to get social with you.
