CAZZATE IN BARCA A VELA L’argomento di oggi è L’ORMEGGIO. 😀 Navigare è un’arte che si esprime non solo nella libertà di solcare i mari, ma anche nel rituale dell’ormeggio, momento in cui il mare incontra la terra. L’ormeggio di una barca a vela, sia a poppa che a prua, rappresenta una danza delicata, guidata da tecnica e conoscenza. Questo post è dedicato a tutti gli appassionati di vela che desiderano approfondire questo aspetto fondamentale della navigazione. Ormeggio di Poppa Ormeggiare a poppa significa avvicinarsi al molo o al pontile di coda, lasciando che la parte posteriore della barca sia la prima a toccare. Questa manovra è spesso preferita per la facilità di discesa a terra, permettendo un accesso diretto dalla piattaforma di poppa. La chiave è una lenta avvicinazione, regolando la velocità e mantenendo il controllo della barca con movimenti precisi e misurati del timone e dei motori, se disponibili. Ormeggio di Prua Ormeggiare a prua, al contrario, prevede che la parte anteriore della barca si avvicini per prima al punto di ormeggio. Questa tecnica è utile in condizioni di vento e corrente favorevoli che assistono nella manovra, permettendo alla barca di avvicinarsi dolcemente al molo. L’abilità del skipper nel gestire l’equilibrio tra velocità, direzione del vento e corrente è cruciale per assicurare un ormeggio sicuro e senza intoppi. Che si scelga di ormeggiare a poppa o a prua, la conoscenza e la pratica sono essenziali. Ogni tecnica ha le sue peculiarità e richiede un approccio diverso, ma tutte condividono l’obiettivo comune di garantire la sicurezza della barca e dell’equipaggio. Maserati Multi70 (ITA), skippered by Giovanni Soldini, crossed the finish line of the 2020 Rolex Middle Sea Race at the Royal Malta Yacht Club to take Multihull Line Honours at 20:41:31 CEST on Monday 19th October in an elapsed time of 2 days, 08 hours 31 minutes 31 seconds. Mana (ITA), owned by Riccardo Pavoncelli, finished fifteen minutes behind after a closely fought battle around the course. "That was really a great race. There was many many moments.
