Navegar a vela es mi pasión. Cuando llevas una tripulación de alumnos que tienen el mismo entusiasmo que tú, se forma la navegación perfecta. Empezamos el día anterior sin saber tan siquiera cómo se llaman las velas. Unas horas navegando y ellos solos llevan todos los controles del barco. È importante che anche i bambini e i ragazzi che praticano sport agonistici (e non) mangino bene e in modo sano. Ma senza rinunciare al gusto...perché siamo pur sempre bambini!!! A me piace cucinare da solo e sperimentare gusti nuovi. E a voi?
