We spotted this whale a few miles off the East coast of the Isle of Arran in the Firth of Clyde in Scotland. There hasn't been a sighting of a humpback whale in the Clyde for 8 years. The sighting has been registered and has now been given the ID# SCUK106. It was spotted a few days later further up north in Loch Long and has since made its way up the west coast, past the small Isles. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?... Sometimes when you raise the sails, the battens get hung up on the lazy jacks. Sometimes they free themselves, sometimes, and you can drop the sail and try again. But sometimes, they have to be wiggled free manually, which is what Brent just did. Once they are free and clear of the lazy jack lines, we raise the sail again and the wind is now carrying our floating home to another island! Want the full adventure?
