Shelley's workplace sponsored an event at the Blue Lagoon in the Lago Mar subdivision in Texas City. Wish we had captured some shots of the cute little sailboats and other water sports going on in the center! Complete with a beach area, floating cabanas, and a DJ, it was a fun day for all who came. On our way out, we took a peek at the neighborhood and found lots of cute, new houses that range in price from the 200s to the 500s. As of the summer of 2023, many are still in the construction process. Residents can enjoy the Blue Lagoon all season long. Maybe something for us to consider in a year or two...

Somos um casal que vive a bordo do Touché, um veleiro de 44 pés de 1989, com nossos gatinhos em Ilhabela- SP. Temos grandes sonhos, um deles era o de realizar uma navegação até Fernando de Noronha, uma viagem que duraria 2 meses e 3700 milhas náuticas. Para isso tivemos que realizar uma reforma no nosso barco, nós mesmos a fizemos! Duas semanas depois partimos rumo a noronha e muuuiita coisa aconteceu! Conhecemos lugares incríveis, passamos por situações impressionantes e chegamos em noronha! Estamos postando os vídeos dessa navegação a cada 15 dias contando em detalhes e mostrando todas as paisagens maravilhosas que vimos no caminho! Die Vibrations Dämpfer unter unserem Perkins prima M5 auf unserer Amel Santorin 46 sind defekt. Dazu muss der Motor ausgebaut werden. Hierfür verwenden wir einen bereits vorhandenen Ein Mann Flaschenzug. Das hat sich im Nachhinein als schlechte Lösung herausgestellt. Bitte nicht nachmachen!
