It has been a very long time since my brothers and I all went sailing. This was the perfect day with gusty winds that forced us to put two reefs in. We sailed the Hooper Island Lighthouse run and made it back no worse for the wear. And none of us got in trouble . . . , at least not that we know of. Subscribe and share the adventure! 2015 Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race, as seen from Shearwater 45 "Apella". We started 10 minutes after the big boat fleet and this video is about an hour later, as we start to move through the back end of the big boat fleet.
