We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). He had accommodations set up for us for the evening or two that we spent kind of getting to getting uh getting our stuff situated before we went drove all the way up to the boat. He took us all the way up to Punat by Kirk and we were able to get us rooms there set up. We got onto the boat. He helped us do a quick walk through on the boat. Get familiar with everything. Find anything. Any other questions that we had. So then we did a bunch of maintenance and a bunch of cleanup and he really just walked us through each step. Of hey let's check this out. Oh I don't really like that. Let's work. Marine store runs. Shopping. Provisioning. We wanted to do all that with him. So he went with us and kind of pointed out.
