Clamp the loop and the standing part with these fingers. ... It works with either hand, we're showing the right hander's version. If you're a leftie, just do the mirror opposite. ... Then pass your line around the back of your hand and make the bowline as usual (up the hole, round the standing part, back down the hole). Just follow the shape of your hand as you go round .
