Thalmia has begun a singlehanded sailing trip along the south coast of Ireland heading for the Wild West Atlantic coast. I’ll post some more footage at a later date. This was sailing from Courtmacsherry to Glandore - bombing along at over 7knts at times in a beam reach with 1 reef in the main.

Aloha! At the age of 58, my body has changed and I have Bat Wings--cue the music. We live on our sailboat and here is a quick exercise for women to aid in toning the Bat Wings.
