This site is located midway on the outer edge of Agincourt No 3, it is a large sandy bay varying in depth from 22m to 12m, the southern side of the bay has imposing pinnacles and colourful coral gardens. Some seventy years ago a Taiwanese fishing boat ran aground in the bay and was wrecked, the engine block, gen set, cooling pipes, plate and a large fluted ship anchor remain. We're motoring into West Lake Cove for an overnight stay on our 1983 Catalina 30 sailboat. The bilge will be flooded when we get there, but we'll have to fix it later because we're having a date night! Just the two of us! We're a sailing couple, on Lewisville Lake, Texas, and we do love to be anchored in the cove and cook on the grill.
