Our leather wrapped steering wheels were in poor condition after years of baking in the sun with little to no conditioner. Today was the day to recondition them and being them back to life. They aren’t perfect but much better than how they started 🤪 @sailingeriskay It’s a task worth undertaking which required much elbow grease and dedicated time to bring them back to life. I’m not a professional leather restorer but simply used techniques I had seen on YouTube. CATAMARAN ALESSANDRA is custom made Lagoon Catamaran made for Alessandra Dupont and she claimed her at Les Sables D'olone /France in June@0/2013.She sailed from there to Atlantic coast of FRANCE, SPAIN,PORTUGAL ,PASSED THE BAY OF BISCAYNE WITH SAIL /40 KNOTS/,crossed GIBRALTAR TO MEDETERRANIAN,did all BALEARIC ISLANDS,IBIZA,PALMA DI MAJORCA,MENORCA,CORSICA,SARDINIA,EOLEIES,CROATIA,GREEK ISLANDS,KEKOVA TURKEY then crossed back the GIBRALTAR toLAS PALMAS to do the Christopher Colombous route via Cape VERDE ,Crossed the ATLANTIC TO ST.LUCIA. Celebrated new years Eve in Caribbean .continued ST.MARTIN,ST.BARTS,KITTS and NEVIS,SABA,BVI,PUERTO RICO,ST.THOMAS ,TCI,ALL BAHAMAS and ARRIVED TO FLORIDA. THIS FANTASTC TRIP TOOK 1 YEAR THAT WE CELEBRATED JUN20,2014. WE WILL CONTINUE REPORTING.
