Why are more owners discovering the advantages of power catamarans? The Simbad 55 combines the stability and onboard volume of a twin-hull platform with an efficient cruising philosophy focused on comfort, autonomy and usability. Reduced rolling at anchor, generous living spaces and a smooth long-range cruising attitude make it a compelling alternative to traditional monohulls. Because modern luxury is no longer just about speed. It’s about how you experience every mile at sea. @simbad_yachts . #Simbad55 #PowerCat #YachtDesign #LongRangeCruising #NavalArchitecture

S/V Ruatahi started life as a 1999 Manta 40 and is now a Manta 46 catamaran for sale by owner. I worked with a famous Naval Architect (Gunboat fame amongst other things) to see if we couldn’t improve the motion and load carrying capabilities also to bump the performance up a little. The sterns have been extended, and she’s about 46’ LOA now. The rudders have been extended also to give better control. Ruatahi has many other customizations and upgrades including an extended mast, "kiwi prop" saildrives, and a Hurricane diesel hot water and heating system. Contact me to see her! https://www.catamaransite.com/catamarans-for-sale/manta-46-custom/

They said “once is enough.” We proved them wrong. The Arctic hits different when you do it right. No crowds. No rush. Just moments you can’t repeat. @thelaidbackcompany #yachtdesign, #exclusiveyachts, #travel, #spinnakermagazine, #spinnakerbureau
