Stromboli Night Boat Tour Volcano Firework Unique Experience. Aeolian islands, Eruption of volcano. Sciara del fuoco, Panarea Happy Hour. Embark on the Stromboli Night Boat Tour, an extraordinary adventure that promises an unparalleled experience. Imagine witnessing one of the most spectacular natural events in the world, the eruption of the Stromboli volcano. Boat excursion Panarea & Stromboli By Night with boarding from Marina di Portorosa (ME) The day begins by sailing towards Panarea, the smallest of the Aeolian Islands but unique in its charm and beauty. It is characterized by diving and snorkeling sites, crystal clear waters, especially in Zimmari Beach and in the Calajunco Reserve, our first stops. On Panarea you will see incredible rock formations, coral reefs and a rugged and seductive silhouette sculpted by volcanic activity. At the end of the morning, we will disembark on the island for lunch; and this too will be an absolute experience, like the taste of the fish and our wines. We return to the sea heading placidly towards Stromboli meeting the small islands of “Basiluzzo” and “Strombolicchio”, where you will go around by boat to look at a fortress and the lion face. Relax, dive and swim are the prelude before mooring in Stromboli. A stroll before stopping at one of the meeting places frequented by the International Jet Set for an aperitif or, why not? A pizza waiting for the beginning of sunset to get back on board and head in front of the “Sciare del Fuoco”. We are waiting for you to tell us about this opportunity that the whole world talks about but few can see. With eyes and soul full of amazement you will return quietly to port, ready to want to tell everyone what you have experienced. This is not just any boat trip; it is an astonishing journey that goes beyond wonder, providing a unique opportunity to be up close to the magnificent display of nature’s power. ► Full test in Multihulls World N°202 : https://www.multihulls-world.com/review/catamaran/new-41-an-attractive-catamaran-designed-to-be-accessible ► While this new model is the replacement for the Isla 40, it offers a volume equivalent to that of the Astrea 42, and all for a relatively tight price... You guessed it, the New 41, whose real name we’ll soon find out, is positioned from the outset as one heck of a challenger in the 40-foot market. This model, which we discovered exclusively at La Rochelle, proved to be gentle at the helm, very pleasant to live aboard and easy to handle. It features the brand’s signature dual helm/sail maneuvering station, a large sun-lounging area on the bimini and another one forward of the coachroof, a large surface area of solar panels (producing 2 to 2.3 kWp), a large opening hatch at the forward end of the nacelle and slightly angled aft berths. The boat we tested was equipped with an electric powertrain, which enabled us to cruise as far as the island of Ile d’Aix without generating any carbon emissions. As standard, the internal combustion option remains available. The New 41 will be presented at the Open Days event organized by the shipyard at the end of June in La Rochelle, then officially launched in September at the Cannes Yachting Festival. ► Technical Specifications: Builder: Fountaine Pajot Architects: Berret/Racoupeau Yacht Design Length: 39’8” (12.1 m) Beam: 22’8” (6.91 m) Draft: 5’ (1.53 m) Displacement: 28,000 lbs (12.7 t) Mainsail: 700 sq ft (65 m²) Genoa: 377 sq ft (35 m²) Engines: 2 x 20 or 30 HP/25 kW Cabins: 2 to 4 Bathrooms: 2 to 4 ► Become a FREE SUBSCRIBER to Multihulls World's YouTube page now - https://www.youtube.com/c/MultihullsWorld ► Log on to our website to discover over 600 multihulls tests! It still blows my mind that sailing into the wind even works. It feels like a small miracle every time?!! Sailing upwind is still my least favorite thing we do on the boat lol. Watch how the bow slams into the waves.. now imagine trying to sleep through that & yeah. You pretty much don't. Sailors usually follow the trade winds to avoid going against the wind.. but sometimes you've just got to face it. This was a SEMI fun upwind sail.. and pretty satisfying to see the numbers and watch how well La Vagabonde performs. - Elay xx
