We’re doing the whole job for about $4,000 because ladies have to learn too! Today we pulled the brake booster and found a nasty surprise. Two things to remember about brakes: There should be ZERO fluid in your brake booster. Brake fluid is supposed to be clear/yellow... ours looks like straight Coca-Cola. In 2024, a sample collected aboard an HX vessel revealed elevated levels of a phytoplankton species of concern, later confirmed by NOAA and communicated to coastal communities. Citizen science continues to play an important role in expanding knowledge of marine ecosystems and supporting long‑term environmental research. Since 1896, HX has led mindful expeditions to some of the world’s most extraordinary places. 130 years on, we continue that legacy, taking curious adventurers to iconic destinations such as Greenland, Antarctica, and the Galápagos Islands aboard our modern expedition ships.
