We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). Vi har nu lämnat Panamabukten bakom oss och första etappen bjöd på tuff kryss i stampig sjö. Men mitt i allt lyckades vi fånga en makrill som blev en fantastisk middag ombord. Under nattpasset hörde jag valar och delfiner ute i mörkret, en sådan där stund som gör att man glömmer både sömnbrist och motvind. Morgonen bjöd på lugnare vindar men nu har vinden kommit tillbaka och vi seglar vidare i 5–6 knop utan motor, precis som vi vill ha det.
