https://mybvicharter.com/how-to-choose-a-charter-yacht-in-the-british-virgin-islands/?utm_source=youtube&utm_content=XqhAviBnnoc Worried about seasickness on a BVI charter? We asked Captain Doug, filmed on board his crewed boat at the BVI charter show. His routine: get anyone feeling queasy to the middle of the boat, then let them take the wheel. A course to steer gives them something to concentrate on, and sooner or later you're tucked behind an island in a calm anchorage. Our own BVI guide adds that a catamaran's stability keeps everyone comfortable, seasickness included. And it pays to know the crew before you book: our brokers get on board the yachts and meet the crews. (A captain's routine in his own words, not medical advice.)
