We recently set the GoPro up to film the planking the new LM46 performancy yacht that is under construction at Lyman-Morse in Maine. The construction of this cold-molded performance cruiser is moving along quickly — and will get you sailing quickly, too! The cold-molding process involves layering western red cedar and epoxy applied in 4 rounds, two of which are seen here. A bag is then used to create a vacuum to ensure a tight seal and draw uniform pressure across the epoxy to cure. Excited to share more as construction develops. Check lymanmorse.com for details about the LM46.
Check out the start of the race: Boris Herrmann on Malizia - Yacht Club de Monaco starting the Bermudes 1000 race on 9th May 2019 at 5pm. There are 17 IMOCAs in this offshore race over 2000nm from Douarnenez to the Fastnet rock and then down to the Azores. Boris is in a strong position and excited to sail the boat after the long winter refit. Credit: Eliza Chohadzhieva

We're Nick and Terysa and we’ve become completely obsessed with the idea of sailing around the world and sharing our experiences and information through our sailing lifestyle videos with others. We met travelling around India, and quickly agreed that rather than “settling down” and doing what most normal people do, we wanted to travel and have adventures! We moved onto our 38 foot monohull in 2014, sailed across the Atlantic twice, cruised the Caribbean, Bahamas and Europe, before buying a brand new 45 ft catamaran! We hope you enjoy what we do.
