🪢 Sunday Boat Tip [7/52] 🪢 Our gas oven only has heating from below, and when first moving onboard cooking in it was a real struggle! The food got badly burnt on the underside and was often undercooked on the topside, resulting in really bad cooking 🧑‍🍳 But since we got this advice during our first winter as liveaboards our cooking game has improved so much! So, now it’s time for us to pass the knowledge forward. If you have a gas oven with no top heating, you must try this! Giornata regolare, all’insegna del poco vento. Inizialmente corriamo bene, poi come da previsioni si spegne il vento, così accendiamo il motore. Continuiamo a navigare con le navi mercantili come uniche compagne di viaggio. Ogni tanto sull’AIS avvistiamo una barca a vela che va verso la Spagna e ci ricordiamo di quando questa stessa strada l’abbiamo percorsa noi, senza Starlink, senza AIS, senza dissalatore verso un futuro incerto, che ci sembrava più grande di noi. Domani mattina è previsto il nostro arrivo a Carloforte! Ma avremo la giornata PIENA di lavoro, quindi probabilmente non toccheremo suolo italiano fino a venerdì. Arriviamoooooo💪 C.
