Ryan Short took us out on a boat, we caught a yellow fin tuna and here we are later 6 months later, onboard our Grady-White 257 Fisherman. We come from a history of using boat but with not real fishing capabilities and this boat is a dedicated fishing boat! What sold me was the incredible sea ride.

You guys! We got a great little set up here. We brought down a sandbag kettlebell, filled ‘er up, found a big field, and got to work. Can’t wait to feel it tomorrow 😈 👉🏼 These fire full body workouts are all going to be in my 2023 challenge.
