โต๏ธGiornata di scrittura in barca a vela, questa volta in porto. ๐La mattina รจ iniziata prima dell'alba con mezz'ora di lettura. Ho quasi finito La cittร e le sue mura incerte di Murakami, che sto leggendo con voi per il nostro book club di ottobre. ๐ Visto che per una volta barca รจ in porto, ho fatto una breve passeggiata sul lungomare e poi mi sono messa al lavoro sul mio progetto di scrittura. ๐Avevo in programma di scrivere due scene brevi, ma la prima mi ha preso tutta la mattina, che ho passato tra carta e penna e computer, solo con qualche breve pausa per sgranchirmi la schiena. Ora capisco quanto lavoro c'รจ dietro ai libri che tanto mi piacciono. ๐Al pomeriggio, come sempre le rarissime volte che siamo in porto, abbiamo fatto una grande spesa e preparato Alba per la prossima avventura alle Isole Incoronate, che ti racconto nel prossimo video. ๐คSeguimi su Instagram e YouTube per altri racconti di mare e di scrittura. If your suffering with seasickness these gingerbread cookies will not only be tasty but they will settle your stomach! RECIPE BELOW. Harry bakes his famous gingerbread cookies while on a sail and shares them with his family. They are delicious and warm and he loves baking them! INGREDIENTS 125g butter, softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup Golden Syrup 1 egg yolk 2 1/2 cups plain flour 1tbsp Powdered Ginger 1tsp mixed spice 1tsp bicarb of soda METHOD 1. Preheat oven 180 degrees ( 160 fan forced) 2. Cream butter and sugar using electric beater 3. Add egg yolk and golden syrup and mix 4. Add flour , ginger, mixed spice and bicarb and combine 5. Roll into a ball and leave in fridge for 20mins 6. roll out dough between 2 pieces of baking paper 7. cut lots of shapes out using cookie cutters, we use gingerbread men, hearts and a star! 8. Bake in oven for 8-10mins. less if you want soft cookies and longer of you like them hard. 9. Once baked let cool for 10mins on tray then move to cooling rack 10.
