Ira took flight for a moment after being launched from her seat. Thankfully she landed in the boat, and thankfully her head was okay! It was a really hard beat out the gate and over the San Francisco bar. This place is no joke when it's full-on! Can you imagine what it would have been like when the current was in full flood just a few hours before!?

This Friday we’re dropping the next episode of Short Stories, which is guaranteed to be our most exciting episode yet. A couple of weeks ago, we went up to the Great Barrier Reef and spent a week onboard a 58-foot Gamefishing boat in the hunt for a giant 1,000 pound marlin. When it's too cold to go sailing, we turn to the Camden Snow Bowl for the annual US Toboggan National Championships! The crew at Lyman-Morse used our boatbuilding craftsmanship to build toboggans out of the traditional material of wood, but also out of carbon fiber. Winter gets a bad rap in Maine, but we love it just as much as summer.
