🌊 Last night, the wind picked up and shifted direction, so we switched to a wing-on-wing setup—but then snap—our first pole broke! Luckily, we have a second one, and since then, we’ve been making great progress at around 7.5 knots in 20-30 knots of wind. The best part? Dolphins every single day! And thanks to Frankie’s amazing cooking, we’re eating well too. 🌊 Le onde oceaniche Chiunque le abbia viste non può che ricordare enormi masse d’acqua che si spostano a ritmo di un immenso respiro. Io le osservo da quando abbiamo messo il naso fuori da Gibilterra e per me restano un bellissimo mistero. Che siano agitate o che siano calme, le onde dell’oceano ti trascinano con quella inesauribile calma a rallentare. A respirare. Così alte che se passa una nave scompare completamente. Così morbide che ci innalziamo e inabissiamo con loro quasi senza accorgercene. Sempre e comunque al loro ritmo. Di tutte queste miglia, ciò che porterò nel cuore accanto ai delfini bioluminescenti saranno queste colline blu, che tutto inghiottono e che tutto cullano. Che viaggio incredibile 💙
