China shop is one site in Komodo that is often overlooked, but I have never been able to figure out why. Located in the north of the park, it is the perfect site for snorkeling or diving. It’s shallow reef is a mixture of hard coral, sponges, and giant coral bommies. The reef itself extends for hundreds of meters as it fringes the island. Mantas are frequent visitors to this site as they like to feed in the channel between the two islands, while green sea-turtles and hawksbill sea-turtles have made their homes in the reef. Whether you’re diving or snorkeling, you can’t go wrong with this site as it offers something for everyone!

Still in shock how @georgmoeller slid across the deck to save my drone from hitting the water. A few seconds later and it would have been gone I had a tloater attached, but the problem is it takes a few minutes to take down the sails, start the motor and turn the boat by then the drone would be long gone between the waves.
