We popped over to see our friends at Learn2Sail Portugal this week to see the Broadblue 346 in action. The Algarve is an amazing sailing ground and it’s great that Audrey II is used in their sail training programme. Sunshine and sailing; what could be better? Here's a link to our friends catamaran course. It's also a great way to test sail a catamaran if you are thinking of buying one in the near future. https://www.learn2sail.com/our_broad_blue_catamaran.php If you are loving the look of our Broadblue 346, take a more detailed look here: https://www.broadblue.com/cruising-catamarans/broadblue-346 You can also discover more about our Broadblue and Rapier Catamarans on our other channels: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/broadbluecats/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/broadblue_c... In one month’s time the GC32 Racing Tour is set to return to the idyllic Sardinian seaside resort of Villasimius for the headline event of its 2021 season: the GC32 World Championship. At least nine teams will be on the start line, including Ernesto Bertarelli’s Alinghi, winner of the first two events of this 2021 season and also the defending GC32 World Champion having been crowned in Lagos, Portugal in 2019.
This little guy was bobbing around our boat this morning for at least an hour - FAST ASLEEP!! I touched him a couple of times as he came right up against the sugar scoop and was amazed at just how hot his little flipper "solar panel" was! Seals float around like this with their flippers out of the water in the sunshine, as a way of warming up, so I thought that his flipper would obviously be warmer than our 13 degreeC water but was really surprised by just how hot it was. He was totally oblivious to my touching him over and over - super relaxed and fast asleep.
