All American Marine has completed construction, launched, and delivered the Spirit of Matushka, a 150 passenger hydrofoil-assisted catamaran for Major Marine Tours out of Seward Alaska. This 87’ (LOA) x 32” Teknicraft Aluminum catamaran, will be certified USCG Subchapter T. The quad Hamilton waterjet vessel will add to Major Marine Tours’ fleet of glacier and wildlife cruise vessels in and around Kenai Fjords National Park. Day 3 of our Christmas calendar takes us to the aft cabin—our cozy retreat and one of the biggest reasons we chose a center cockpit boat! 🛥️ Here’s what makes this cabin so special: 🛌 A 160 cm wide bed that fits both of us (and our dog 🐶) comfortably. ⛽ We’re literally sleeping on top of 280 liters of diesel—don’t worry, it’s well-sealed! 😉 🌬️ The bed has slats underneath to prevent moisture buildup and keep our mattress fresh. 🔧 Beneath the bed, we house our hydraulic autopilot pump, though soundproofing is on our to-do list! For storage, we have 3 cabinets, perfect for clothes and gear—everything we need for life onboard. This cabin truly feels like home, offering comfort and functionality no matter where we sail.
