Where should we go or what should we try next? We've been in Trinidad a while but hadn't tried a huge selection of local food, so when a Trini friend invited us to go to the Queen's Park Savannah Food Strip in Port of Spain of course we said yes! It was a fun way to try a huge selection of dishes, including Goat Geera, Chicken Roti, Pig Tails and Pie. I couldn't believe we hadn't heard of it before but as a visitor it made for a good night out ? https://www.travelsketchsailing.com/ ?Check out the website for more info on us, the places we go and products we use ? After backpacking Asia, road tripping Europe and doing a bit of van life, we're now exploring the world aboard our Leopard 45 catamaran. ? Music from Artlist ? ? The majestic sperm whale, also known as the cachalot, is the largest of the toothed whales and holds the title of the largest toothed predator. ? Named for the waxy substance "spermaceti" in their heads, which aids in focusing sound, these magnificent creatures have a rich history. ? Spermaceti was once used in oil lamps, lubricants, and candles, but unfortunately, they were heavily hunted during the commercial whaling era. Today, there are around 300,000 sperm whales left, and they are classified as endangered. ? #SpermWhales #MarineLife #EndangeredSpecies
