Unforgettable Sailboat Adventure: Rescuing a Vulture #sailboat #vultures #rescue We try to rescue a vulture that crash landed next to our boat. We were anchored up in Elounda, Crete. The vulture almost hit our mast before crashing into the water. Jen did a great job lifting it into the dinghy but unfortunately it died from exhaustion as we got to the beach. We needed to get data, so we had to take the dinghy across the sandbar into the lagoon - The waves were big and breaking….check out the video.
