About a year ago, I met Erion in the heart of Athens when he recognized me from my channel and approached me to express his gratitude for the help I had given him. At the time, he was a talented street artist, creating stunning wall clocks from discarded vinyl records. He was also just beginning his journey as a skipper, dreaming of one day owning his own boat. I bought this gear for emergency use only. In case my prop gets entangled again. The first time it happened it was nearly catastrophic as the sudden stop of the prop from the entangled next sent a vibration and micro debris up the shaft to the dripless seal and the boat began to leak .. . which I was not aware of until I woke up after a nap having being pulled to port by the coast guard and the water was now above the floorboards.
