This is one of three galley layout options being offered.  This option is for a wide open lower countertop and one upper cabinet unit. This is really well suited for having countertop cooking appliances, which is our plan. Another options is to have the upper cabinet and then a lower cabinet under it in which a small microwave could be housed. The final option I have to clarify with James and I will update this description when I find out.

Gitana 18 is afloat and it's a big deal. Why? Following our first glimpse of Gitana 18 earlier this year we get to understand more about a project that took 250,000 hours to design and build. Now we see the real thing in the open.
