These cannons were historically used on ships and on land to announce arrivals, warn of danger, or signal distress. They are also commonly used for celebratory events, such as starting sailboat races or marking significant milestones. HARBORBURN makes the only legit, useable, black-powder, muzzle-loading, fuse-lighting, loud-blasting signal cannon on the market. Hand-stamped and customized for your boat name, the ‘Herrington Mk. 1’ cannons are useable artwork and will last a lifetime. HARBORBURN started as a passion project between four sailors who wanted a real, black-powder signal cannon for their own boats, but nothing was available…so we made one! And now it’s available to boats and cannon-enthusiasts alike.
