Actuellement au large du Brésil, François Gabart, toujours en tête de la flotte à bord de MACIF, fait route vers l'équateur. Le Vendée Globe 2012 est la course autour du monde en solitaire sans escale et sans assistance qui passe par les trois caps, le Cap de Bonne Espérance, le Cap Leeuwin et le Cap Horn. Le départ de la course est donné des Sables d'Olonne tous les quatre ans. Les éditions précédentes ont été remportées par Titouan Lamazou, Alain Gautier, Christophe Auguin, Michel Desjoyeaux et Vincent Riou. Heading down the ICW just north of Palm beach, looking for a good spot to drop anchor. Found a good spot referred to as Conch Bar. Ten feet of water with excellent protection all around. Its a small little cut out circled by multi million dollar houses all around. They paid five to ten million for the pleasure of these views. Me? I get to enjoy them for free! Splash down the anchor and enjoy a little bit of the good life coastal sailing Florida. Having a little fun with slo-mo videography. First time using a couple tricks I learned recently on good ole YouTube.
