Cenando a bordo del velero Gran Nergha. Hoy viernes hemos salido del puerto de Punta Lagoa en la RÃa de Vigo para el curso de capitÃĄn de Yate. Despues de un intenso dÃa con vientos de entre 20 y 33 nudos con mayorÃa de 28 nudos nos toca el descanso del guerrero.
