A behind-the-scenes update from us at SailingBritican! We had to pivot our lifestyle when our daughter decided that land life was calling her name. Kim & Sienna are in North Carolina enjoying air con/heat, Amazon deliveries, fast food, and family. I'm continuing our Sailing Lifestyle Experiences (previously Britican Experiences) on a 50' Catamaran in the Caribbean. And Britican is up for sale. So far, everything is going well. Cinco dias de navegação em solitário até Vanuatu. Com ondas acima dos 3.5 metros, e ventos que chegaram aos 40 nós. Por vezes, há um chamamento que vem de dentro e me avisa que é hora de partir. Ao fim de um mês à espera de uma janela meteorológica, a previsão era tensa mas sabia que eu e o barco íamos aguentar a travessia. A chegada a Vanuatu foi uma surpresa.
