After a good start, Bryon Ehrhart’s Juan K 27m (formerly Rambler 88) certainly gave the maxis great competition on their run down the harbour to the turning marks and also did well down the NSW coast, across Bass Strait and the east coast of Tasmania, coming in fourth in line honours.

In this video we’re sailing upwind in 30+ knots of breeze in Johnstone Strait during the VanIsle360 race with a double-reefed main sail and #3 jib.
