The BGM75, from BlueGame, is a new luxury motor yacht from the Italian manufacturer. M stands for multihull, but this is a catamaran with a difference: the ratio between beam and length is closer to a monohull. ▫️ ➡️ Renders from Blue Game Yachts ▫️ She is first and foremost a luxurious, motor yacht that has two hulls, not one, but from some angles you wouldn't realise. This has allowed the designers to configure the area between the two hulls as a single space like a monohull allowing for a huge full beam owner’s cabin. ▫️ From the stern, she looks like an elegant and balanced monohull and the space between the two hulls conceals a garage for the tender. The reduced beam allows the BGM75 to be moored up between monohulls. ▫️ They estimate between a 23 and 38% fuel saving compared to a 90ft displacement power monohull with comparable living space. ▫️ BlueGame will be exhibiting at the Cannes Yachting Festival. ▫?? New Excess Model! ▫️ One of the big announcements at the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival was from @EXCESSCatamarans who announced a new addition to their range of sailing yachts in 2024. The new catamaran will slot in between the Excess 11 and Excess 14. ▫️ Helping them on the next stage of the brand's journey will be Lombard Design (MLYDG) – in charge of the naval architecture and Jean Marc Piaton who will design the interiors. ▫️ We are looking forward to seeing the design in more detail in early 2024!
