1) Build your glutes / hip strength and thighs. Keep applying progressive overload through volume, load and frequency! 2) Build your shoulders and back. Don’t shy away from these! By strengthening your upper body, you’ll create that beautiful curve in your torso that gives the illusion (and reality) of a smaller waist! 3) Low intensity cardio to get your body into a fat burning zone! We incorporate this 2-3 times a week in the Fit Body challenge as it allows you to keep that muscle you worked so hard for, while burning off stubborn fat around your belly and love handles. 👉🏽 All of these tips are incorporated into the workouts that you’ll be doing in the Fit Body challenge.
