The Ocean Race Europe is a north-south European offshore race scheduled to take place in 2025, ahead of the 2026/27 edition of the round-the-world Race. It will start in the Baltic Sea, sail across the North Sea and the Atlantic, through the Strait of Gibraltar, and finish in the Mediterranean, with up to five stops along the way (in addition to the start and finish ports). STRAMBATA: Dal traverso mure a sinistra si passa rapidamente al traverso mure a dritta, il timoniere compie un angolo di abbattuta molto stretto, il trimmer dell gennaker lasca completamente la scotta per permettere la rotazione dell gennaker, il prodiere aiuta la regolazione della vela nelle nuove mure prendendo in mano la bugna e correndo verso poppa. La randa passa velocemente da una mura all'altra, il resto dell'equipaggio segue i movimenti della barca spostando i pesi contemporaneamente da sottovento a sottovento nelle nuove mura.
