This unit runs on both 12v and 110v. It's stayed fairly cool even with 4 days of no power ( I lost my solar panel controllers early on and so my plan of running it 12v 6 hours a day changed. Ahoy! Sailing bliss or disaster? We're leaving the Eagle Point marinara a raw sail downwind to our marina in Lake Dallas. Cyndi and I have come this far to try our hand at a downwind wing-on-wing sail plan, after an easterly beam reach, then a westwardly sail. We had a great time practicing the training run and the down-wind sail setup. We leave our old friend, Sneaky Pete's Grill, and Eagle Point Marina behind and press forward, sailing back to Lake Dallas in our Catalina C-30 Tall Rig sailboat named Zanadu!
