Whats the secret? Honestly I do not know, on day 7 my patience run out, I was annoyed and angry the whole day, the little sleep was catching up with me and the fact that we were moving excruciating slowly at 2-4kts made me over-frustrated. If you have any tips on how to stay calm on low-wind days, feel free to share them in the comments. Day 7 sailing from Chile to Panama 🗺️ sailed: 775 nm 🌎 to destination: 1.425 nm 🌬️ avg. on day: 4 kts ⛵️ avg. on day: 4 kts (thanks to a few engine hours) Stay Salty, Greta and Michael on Zambezi ps: in our link in bio you can find the Ocean Crossing Bundle which includes everything you need to know for offshore sailing ⛵️ #offshoresailing #sailing #catamaran #sailinglife #sailingadventure #oceansailing

Sometimes the smallest oversight can turn into a serious close call. Here’s what happened.
