1) Build your glutes / hip strength and thighs. Keep applying progressive overload through volume, load and frequency! 2) Build your shoulders and back. Don’t shy away from these! By strengthening your upper body, you’ll create that beautiful curve in your torso that gives the illusion (and reality) of a smaller waist! 3) Low intensity cardio to get your body into a fat burning zone! We incorporate this 2-3 times a week in the Fit Body challenge as it allows you to keep that muscle you worked so hard for, while burning off stubborn fat around your belly and love handles. 👉🏽 All of these tips are incorporated into the workouts that you’ll be doing in the Fit Body challenge. We are here to help you build muscle, gain strength, and rock your FITNESS body for summer ☀️👙

What Sailing means to me. Sailing is a source of inspiration and humility, it teaches attentiveness, anticipation, resourcefulness, patience and prioritisation. The choice that we made to take a leap of faith and buy a sailboat has led to countless beautiful experiences and over time, we have grown to understand more about ourselves, each other, our boat & mother nature. We live our days on the ocean under the sky, moon, stars and sun, we witness the change of tides daily until it is clockwork in our brain. There's still a mountain of learning to be done, but today, we celebrate our growth. Chapter by chapter we turn the pages of our own syllabus trying to better ourselves by 1% everyday. "At first I was afraid I was petrified." Overtime, with practice and repetition, with knowledge we have gained through experience, fears are replaced by anticipation and I look forward to the growth ahead of us aboard Ujud as sailors.
