Finding wood rot on your timber boat is never a good thing, and I have found out quite a big section of my deck is rotten, and by rotten i mean rotten badly, turning into mush, sloppy timber soup when you try to pull it up. It needs to go as soon as possible before it spread even more. I was a bit hesitant at the start, pulling up all of the deck, the area got bigger an bigger, but in the end it all needs replacing so give me the hammer and let tear it all up! Since we started our journey we have had 0 days without storms... it have been a pain to sail the only 300nm we have done until now... We knew this lifestyle was a challenge... we just didn't believed it will be from the start
