As a boat sits stationary, marine life quickly begins to grow on the hull. I hadn’t seen the hull below waterline until now. The boat will come out of the water in the spring so we can replace the zincs (sacrificial metal) and inspect the prop, bearings, and probably paint it.

Almost all the houses on this street, in BundabergAustralia, were all on stilts. We went for a walk to get a few provisions from the local IGA. What a gorgeous walk it turned out to be.
