On November 20th 2024, our team, with the help of Holbæk Gamle Havns Beddinger brought Hawila back on the slipway. VIDEO CREDITS: Morten Løvschall The crew started early that day to put the last pieces of tarp into place, then Hawila's engine started rolling and we took her on her little tour through the fjord over to the Old Harbour of Holbæk, where the slipway is located. There, we were greeted by the fantastic team of the association behind the local slipway, who went straight into action. It took 3 hours to put her back on land but everything worked out great. The first day of the SLYC two day event was sailed under grey skies with big breeze. The crew on the the 1/4 Tonner Purple Haze where hiking out hard in big breeze on week 1 of the frosties regatta. The lively little boat looks great going to windward in gusty conditions. The team at bottom up boats hope you are enjoying the footage from the final regatta of the 2024 sailing season.
