The Cleat Hitch is a simple but effective way to secure your boat to the dock. Many people will argue that you should not use this method (preferring the OXO method) ad it can lock tight under heavy load. This is a video on a McKee Craft - yes, a McKee! I know, you haven't heard about these boats in a long, long time. But new ownership has taken over, and the McKee Craft boats are back. Fortunately, they construct these new models exactly as they did the old ones - a hull, a deck, and pressurized foam in-between, which cures into a one-piece boat.
