A few seconds into the snorkel on our recent Komodo & Beyond voyage, this cuttlefish was easy to spot. Keep watching until the end. As it moved across the reef, its colours and texture changed so perfectly that it almost disappeared completely into its surroundings. Aboard Wanderlust… a 2018 Beneteau Oceanis 38.1.  With the true winds at 11 knots, Wanderlust was comfortable and fairly stable, doing 8 knots beating. I completely missed Vinny’s high five.
