Olly is training for #foilingweek at Lake Garda next month. He will be competing in the #SFT pumpfoiling division. Shayne has helped him build a new board for the event. It should weigh 700g when finished which is incredibly light. They still need to finish off the last skins before they can weigh the finished product. Every night Olly is on the water, practicing for speed and agility around the buoys. We even made a t-shirt for the event so we can support him. Recent hulls now have a new, integrated cross beam and longeron (bow sprit) custom made in Cape Town for the Vision 444. Not only does this remove any through-hull connections near the waterline for the support cables of which I can not remember the name, it also provides a solid walking/standing area when working with the anchor or mooring.
