Hey guys, it's been a while since we've posted anything on Youtube but we're still on our trip - currently in Maui, Hawaii after an unplanned 4,848 nautical mile passage in March from Panama to Hawaii due to Covid. But we're having a great time (given the circumstances) and the trip continues. We've also decided to try to post more videos, even if they're shorter. And a Tengah Tour video is coming soon, we promise! Our first clip is a short summary of what our days have looked like for the last 2+ months here in Hawaii. On the Monday and Tuesday before Ash Wednesday the dual island nation of Trinidad & Tobago celebrates their annual Carnival! There was a huge lead up with many fetes and celebrations, as well as national stick fighting and steel pan competitions. Carnival Monday starts with Jouvert and Carnival Tuesday is largely about the Mas Parade. We went into Port of Spain to see this highly anticipated event for ourselves, going to the Socadrome and parade route along Arapita Avenue.

Trey is a professional builder and a Seakeeper Ride installer and he sent us a video of his Marissa he was testing out with the Seakeeper Ride tabs installed. From Trey, "I was able to get some short running footage showing how well the Marissa hull works in small chop. The Marissa 18 is the best riding 18 footer I've ever been on and now with the seakeeper ride it makes it even better than before. Amazing hull design paired with technology is very impressive. Speed was about 26-27 mph."
